It is interesting to note that most of the names of the twelve Anima Relics in Xenogears were inspired by the names of Jacob's sons who were to be the fathers of the twelve tribes of Israel. Of Jacob's sons were:

Reuben the firstborn, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar and Zebulun, who were born of Leah;

Gad and Asher, who were born of Zilphar;
Joseph, Benjamin, who were born of Rachel;

Dan and Naphtali, who were born of Bilhar.

Of these twelve names, only 'Benjamin' has been omitted, with 'Dinah' (who was the daughter of Leah) taking its place as Sophia's Anima Relic.
